The Cistercian spirit

We are often asked: “Are you Benedictines or Cistercians?”
We are Benedictines since we follow the Rule of Saint Benedict, but we are also Cistercians since we have the good fortune of having fathers who propose to us an interpretation of that rule in a coherent way of fraternal and evangelical life.
